The following is an e-mail from Don Oakes to Jerry Klein....Just spent a fun-filled hour browsing about the pages that Gerry Wilkinson and you have put together. What I hoot! Herb Kircher and Al Maslin, who are both now at WPVI but were WRTI staffers in the early 60's, let me know about the site. I'll dig through my box of college stuff and see if there's anything from '61 through '63 that might be of interest to others. My primary interest was in news. Served as News Director in '62-'63. Even got a sound bite from Kennedy when he was campaigning for President in Philadelphia. Oh, the memories! Ignore the e-mail address on the header for this message.
