His Story

The following is an e-mail from Russell Woessner to Gerry Wilkinson (5/29/00).... My name is Russell Woessner and I was on the air at WRTI from 1974-76. Also on the air at WXPN from 1973-86. I graduated from SCAT in 1976 and earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Widener University in 1992. I am a neuropsychologist at MossRehab Hospital. Since 1981, I have been writing about music, mostly jazz, first for the Philadelphia City Paper and now for the Philadelphia Weekly and Down Beat magazine.
