: It was a radio drama (done on TV) complete with sound patterns as we were taught by Dr. Dusenbury.

At work today (Modern Video Productions), a client came in to record a series of spots. They needed a knock on the door as a sound pattern. These people from a well known agency paid $125 additional to use a door knock from our CD sound library. All they would have had to do is knock on the wooden table. After the commercials were finished and the agency people left, we tried the knock as I had suggested. It sounded better than the one on the CD. AND THEY COULD HAVE HAD IT FOR FREE. This is necessary knowledge for this business and no one is learning it any more. SOMETHING IS WRONG.
